1. Protocol Overview
By utilizing **The Dawn Wave** application or deploying its telemetry sighting vectors, you enter into synchronization with **SYSTEMORES, LLC** behavioral tools. These Terms govern the capture of solar alignment data, terminator signatures, and database publications. If you do not align with our planetary synchrony protocols, please discontinue deployment.
2. Community Database Policies
Active signatures published to the global Supabase database are visible to the public. You agree to follow these community principles:
- Authentic Coordinate Data: Do not spoof device GPS parameters or mock bearings artificially to pollute the planetary timeline. Beacons must map natural solar positions.
- Visual Integrity: Viewfinder photo captures synced to the database must contain natural images of atmospheric conditions, horizons, skies, or local environments during twilight periods. Spoofed, illegal, or abusive uploads are automatically pruned.
- No Scraping: While the public sightings map is designed to display general live indicators, heavy scraping or DDoS vectors against our database queues violate operational parameters.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- **Systemores & The Dawn Wave** brand elements, vector designs, interactive compass frameworks, and codebase assets remain the absolute property of **SYSTEMORES, LLC**
- User-contributed sighting signatures and coordinates published to the open sightings map are contributed under an open, royalty-free public license (CC-BY-4.0 equivalent) to facilitate global public solar tracking.
4. Operational Disclaimers
**The Dawn Wave** calculates solar horizons using standard mathematical astronomical calculus. Sunrise horizons may fluctuate depending on atmospheric pressure, elevation, or local cloud coverage. SYSTEMORES provides calculations for recreational and aesthetic purposes. We do not guarantee absolute second-perfect predictive precision for critical operations.
5. Revisions
SYSTEMORES reserves the right to modify these operational parameters to align with new GPS standards or API enhancements. Continued utilization of the tracking application constitutes ongoing alignment.
